About Us

Ramen's journey in Japan began during the Meiji Period in 1868, quickly gaining widespread popularity; while Yowaken served a ramen-like noodle dish in 1884, it was Rairaiken in Tokyo, established in 1910, that is recognized as Japan's first dedicated ramen shop; continuing this culinary tradition, Yoshiharu Ramen opened its flagship restaurant in Orange, CA in 2016, achieving the OC Register's #1 Ramen noodle restaurant rating, and remains committed to delivering authentic Hokkaido-style ramen.
